The way of Growth of FEArytales (from ukrainian – SAPRobasni) projects based not only on authors view, but much more on interest of audience. Maybe for someone this thesis sounds strange, but that’s true. Each “view”, “like” or other reaction, survey participations, “repost” and sharing, comment or feedback, each question, each patreons payment… All of them are very important especially if it actual and constructive (even if it is critic).

So, all of them are very important in process of creating and growing cozzy little word of FEArytales

The bigger, adequate and regular will be audience – the better of opportunities I, as owner and author, would have for project development and growth. Especialy if some part of audience change their status from reader/viewer into co-author.

However for a long time I developed this project by my own. And that cost a lot: time, money etc. I had some resources and possibilities for such “squandering”. I considered it volunteering or philanthropy in some sense. But the WAR has come into my Country and Home, and it show – I do some things in a vain.

Wy I call my project as an Philantropy? All what I did in direction of Engineering Educations – was not for money income. All what I did I published for free. For more than 10 years of “blogging” and more than 3 years of “youtubing” I spent from 5 to 7 thousand hours of my life at least.

Maybe I did it in a wrong maner, but all this things – did not give any financial income (even 100$ from all time). It was quite complicated to make a content only by myself especially emotionally. Physically and financially as well
but…
That’s are basic ways to create content:

1. Choose popular theme and hype on it
2. Choose theme which has less presence, in reason of difficulties

I know how to works with “search”, I know what are trends, I clearly understand which formats the most popular and which one are not. However I choose fields and topics which nobody presented in detail.

There are many people which take the most popular and simple thesis and just do re-wright. Sometimes they improve the source, but usually they do nothing or even do it worse. They investigate the topics which are interested in audience which is looking for simple solutions. Considering the full audience in Internet is too big – each blogger has own spectators.

But most of all.. I’m not interested in re-wright only. I want to go they ways which nobody choose. Reason of choosing those way are not in afraid because of the competition. But because in my love of of “Terra Incognita”.

And If I try to investigate some popular routes… I will do it with much more details then typical spectator expects. My way is “to see more than
you are able to se through the excurse bus wind]ow”.
I think the people are able to understand something only if they will do it by themself, step by step, with a heavy burden through all obstacles. This point of view reduce my audience to much. However – I didn’t sell tickets to a show. Thats why I thought such approach as acceptable.
Besides I know someones who copy paste my content “improve it” by simplification and they has bigger audience for “identical” content than me… And I don’t had any claims. Because I had recourses to do what needs to be done (IMHO).

But for now, in reason of WAR, I have neither desire nor strength to do it only by myself and make “my more bigger and more better audience” (with black-jack and ladies). Honestly, I’m very tired.

Therefore, from this moment I’m looking for not only the viewers but also colleagues who are able to help me, a bit more than only watch my video content and read my articles. I’d like to make a team in which everyone will get some useful:

• Someone who will help me by “hand and head” will get experience, knowledge and skills.
• Someone who will help me by donate will get some unique and interest articles and video.

Because I have what to show and what to say (I hope so) in engineering field. I have lot of things what is complicated to find especially in free access. Some knowledge is not possible to find even for money.

But I always thought that everyone should have the most accessible way to get to any knowledge. That’s why i don’t create prepayed course and so on.

For now I will do all my best to make, lets say, sales funnel. Not for money earning but for increasing the effective of my educational activities. But lets consider it a bit later.

So I’m looking for everyone: who will “shot”, who will bring “bullets” and who will take pop-corn and watch on results of shootings show
